TypeDriveGames is a free, browser-based typing game and typing speed test. Your typing speed controls race cars in competition with AI opponents, and our 60-second test measures your words-per-minute speed and accuracy. The Service is provided free of charge, without an account.

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose: playing, practicing, and measuring typing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, republish, or resell content from the Service without permission.
• Do not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The TypeDriveGames name, game design, texts, graphics, and code are owned by TypeDriveGames or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your typing results are yours: they are stored locally in your browser and are never claimed by us.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. WPM and accuracy figures are estimates for practice and entertainment, not certified credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeDriveGames and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service — including loss of data (such as locally stored best scores), loss of goodwill, or lost profits.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
